Lafayette - Lafayette: Funeral Service will be held at10:00 a.m., September 16, 2017 at Trinity C.M.E., Reverend Maggie C. Banks will officiate.

Burial will be held in the Cavalry Cemetery following the funeral.

Henry departed this life on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at 4:10 a.m. at his residence at the age of 57.

Henry J. Levy (Tiny) was born on May 23, 1960 to Henry J. Levy and Mary L. Johnson. Tiny was a native and lifelong resident of Lafayette. He was employed with Menard's Contractors for over 25 years.

He is survived by his father, Henry J Levy, one brother Wallace (Kyrashia) Levy; two sisters, Pauline Daigle and Gertrude Levy; two nephews and five nieces: Niecy Levy, Ronald (Courtney) Daigle, Randell Daigle, Fallan (Varun) Figaro, Jasmin Johnson, Nichole Levy, Renae Daigle, and Alicia Levy; two half-brothers:, Mark (Kathy) Thibeaux and Andre (Shermekia) Young; five half-sisters: Kathy (Adam) August, Vanessa (Derek) Hughes, Ramona (Roy) Malbreaux, Renee Young, and Apryll Harding and two aunts Barbara Mouton,Evelyn Fontenette (John),one uncle Joseph Cyprien (Rosella) and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his mother Mary L. Johnson; grandparents: Wallace and Estelle Cyprien, Claude Levy and Mary Felix and step-father Joseph Johnson.

Visitation will be held at 8:00am until time of service at 10:00am September 16, 2017 at Trinity C.M.E.
