September 30, 1947 - March 19, 2018
Lafayette - Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church for Thaddeus Ned Catalon, 70, who died March 19, 2018 at Lafayette General Medical Center surrounded by family and friends who loved him dearly.
Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Brenda Catalon of Lafayette, LA; three daughters, Raelyna Catalon and Alicia Catalon Pierce (Tracy) of Ft. Worth, TX, and Thada Catalon Parker of Houston, TX; one stepdaughter Donna Lewis of Lafayette, LA; six grandchildren, Chassidy Parker, Jackie Parker, III, Brandon and Genaro Medina, Deja Pierce, and Braxton Catalon; three step-grandchildren Paris Pierce, Justus Pierce and Jadyn Lewis; three great-grandchildren; three brothers, Anthony Catalon (Heddy), Joseph Lloyd Catalon, and Vincent Floyd Catalon (Emily); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Thaddeus Ned was preceded in death by his parents, Percy Catalon, Sr. and Viola Malveaux Catalon; one brother, Percy Catalon, Jr.
Visitation will be held Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Syrie Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 11:00 a.m.
