LAFAYETTE - Claudel T. Francis was born to the late Ernest Francis and Bertha McZeal Francis on January 26, 1946 in Lafayette, LA. He attended St. Paul Catholic School and Paul Breaux.
He later moved to Houston Texas in the mid 60's where he made his home.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Earnest and Bertha Francis; siblings, Ernest Francis Jr., Linda Faye Francis, Helen Francis Isadore, Johnnie Francis, Donald Francis
Claudel leaves to cherish his memories: his daughter Scheryl (Pierre) Broussard of Houston, TX; one grandson, D'Lante Benoit of Lafayette, LA; a special friend, Linda Randle of Houston,Texas; one sister, Sue Francis of Lafayette, LA; brothers, Carl Francis (Essie) of Georgia , Russell Francis (Mary) of Lafayette, LA a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Services will be Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Kinchen Funeral Home Chapel. Viewing will be from 11A.M. to 1P.M. with funeral to follow at 1P.M.
