A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 17, 2014, 11:00 AM, at Refuge Temple Ministries for Mr. Joseph G St Julien. He will be buried in Calvary Cemetery.
A native and resident of Lafayette, Mr St Julien passed away May 8, 2014 at Lafayette General Medical Center. He was 78 years old.
Left to cherish his memories is his wife, Theresa St Julien; sons, Jules (Diane) St Julien, Nathaniel (Evadell) St Julien, Ronald St Julien, Daniel St Julien, Kyler St Julien, Murphy (April) Goodman, Sr, Dwayne (Lou Tonia) Goodman, Sr all of Lafayette, LA; grandson, Nathan George, whom he raised as his son; daughters, Ramona Alexander (the late Daniel Alexander), Rachael St Julien, Deja St Julien of Lafayette, LA, Stacy (Percy) Frank of Scott, LA; sister Claudell (Darrell, Sr) Comeaux. He is also survived by his good friend Ms Rose St Julien, 26 grandchilldren, 29 great grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by parents Joseph St Julien, Sr and Celestine Landor St Julien, brother Joseph Claude St Julien, Jr, sister Doris St. Julien and great granddaughter Iyanah Pradia.
Viewing will be held Saturday, May 17, 2014, from 7:00 AM until the time of service at Refuge Temple Ministries.
Kinchen Funeral Home, Inc. of Lafayette is in charge of final arrangements.
