Lafayette - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Nathan J Dennis on Saturday, January 4, 2014, 1:30 PM at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Rev. Hampton Davis will be the celebrant.
A native and resident of Lafayette, Nathan passed away on December 29, 2013 at LGMC. He was 55 years old. He was previously employed by Allstar and Infinity car dealerships.
Left to cherish his memories is his wife; Pretina W. Dennis of Baton Rouge, LA; two sons, Jamar (Natalie) Dennis, Sr., Colby Dennis both of Lafayette, LA; one step-son, Desmond (Tiffany) Williams of Baton Rouge, LA; two daughters, Tiffany Portlock of Lafayette, LA, Tyiann Bazille of Baton Rouge, LA; four brothers, Clifford Davis, Troy Davis, Kevin Davis, Byron (Tamira) Davis of Lafayette, LA; two sisters; Melanie Davis, Michelle Davis of Lafayette, LA; five grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by parents, Paul and Mary Davis Jr; grandparents, Wesley and Lilly Dennis; grandparents, Paul Davis Sr., Mary Thomas Davis; three nephews, Sammeul, Keithen and Jasmine Davis.
