A Catholic Funeral Service will be held Friday at 2:00 PM in Martin & Castille's SOUTHSIDE location for Rogers John Foreman, 60, who passed away on Monday, November 16, 2020 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette.

Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Reverend James Brady, JCL, Pastor of St Pius X Catholic Church in Lafayette, will conduct the funeral services.

The family requests that visitation be observed in Martin & Castille's SOUTHSIDE location on Thursday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and will continue on Friday from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

A Rosary will be prayed on Thursday at 6:00 PM in Martin & Castille Funeral Home.

Survivors include sisters, Rose F Diaz and husband, Jose “Boo”, Ann F Miller and husband Glenn and Kathleen F Suire; aunts, Verna G Thibodeaux, Melba Fabacher and husband, Pete and Joyce Forest; uncles John Gaspard and wife Brenda, Joseph Matt Gaspard and wife Peggy and Melvin Foreman and wife Pat; nieces and nephews Jose Diaz, III and Bobby Diaz, Jeremy Miller, Tamara Mire, Johnny Foreman, Tonya and Shania Suire and Breanna Foreman; numerous great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by parents Robert Foreman and Alice Gaspard Foreman; twin brother Robert C Foreman; sister Kathy Ann Foreman; maternal grand parents Amedie and Agnes Gaspard and paternal grandparents Oran Foreman and Celestine Gaspard and brother-in-law John Suire.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Foreman, Jose Diaz, III, Bobby Diaz, Shania Suire, Antonio "Ajay" Arceneaux.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jose "Boo" Diaz, Glenn Miller, and Storm Miller.

A heartfelt appreciation is extended by the Foreman family to the staff and doctors of Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, Medical Advantage, Share Care USA and all of Rogers' caregivers who have shown kindness and compassion throughout his life. The family would also like to thank Mr. Troy Abshire and Mr. Richard Landry for the care and services they showed towards Rogers.
