He began his tour of duty in Vietnam on April 24, 1969, and was killed in action of July 21, 1969, Long An, South Vietnam, as a result of a ground explosion. He was the son of Mr. Charles Warwick and Mrs. Velma Lancaster. He was buried in Comrade Cemetery on Saturday, August 2, 1969.
He is memorialized on the Vietnam Memorial Wall, Panel 20W, Line 32
