Funeral for Donald M. Lisoski, of Doyline, La., will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 15, at Doyline First Baptist Church in Doyline. Officiating will be the Rev. Lee Nunley and the Rev. Ernie Nelson.
Interment will follow in Doyline Cemetery in Doyline under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Minden, La.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Don was born Sept. 26, 1941, in Phoenixville, Pa., and entered into rest March 11, 2013, in Minden. Don served in the United States Air Force in Japan and Barksdale Air Force Base. While at Barksdale he met and married his wife, Jeanette, in 1962. He worked at Texas Eastern and later began his career with ArkLa Gas Co. as a draftsman where he retired after 20 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanette Lisoski of Doyline; son, Marty K. Herren and his wife, Jan, of El Dorado; sister, Andrea Maria Lisoski of Doyline; and grandchildren, Kyle Malory Herren and Emily Layne Herren.
Pallbearers will be Dannie Harris, Kyle Herren, Lynn Craig, David Beaird, Tommy Grady, Ray Powell, Clyde Stanley and Johnny Eiland
