SHREVEPORT, LA- Graveside services celebrating the life of Cornelia Edmonson, 100, will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 19, 2013 at Greenwood Cemetery.
Cornelia was born on January 30, 1913 in Holly Bluff, Mississippi to John and Anna Cuendet Martin. She passed away on October 16, 2013 in Shreveport.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Will T. Edmonson; son, James Edmonson; sisters, Rosa Dunn, Anna Dillingham, Adelle Loper and Gladys Panigoni; brothers, Kit Martin and Paul Martin; half-brothers, Leo Martin and George Martin and half-sister, Mary Martin. Left to cherish her memory are her grandchildren, James Edmonson, Jr., Will Edmonson, Andrew Edmonson and wife, Mary Margaret, Makayla Edmonson, Logan Edmonson; and nieces, Nancy Chandler and husband, Rodney, Evelyn Martin Owens and husband, Jimmy and Althea Partridge.
