unexpired term for 12 months. Present on Roll for May and June, 1862. Roll for July 1 to November 1, 1862, Absent in interior Hospital. Present on all Rolls, January, 1863 to October, 1863. Captured at Missionary Ridge, November 25, 1863. Received at Louisville, Kentucky, December 5, 1863, for exchange from Nashville, Tennessee Forwarded to Rock Island Prison, Illinois, December 6, 1863. Paroled at Rock Island
Barracks and transferred for exchange March 6, 1865. Received at Boulware's and Cox's Wharves, James River, Virginia, March 10 to 12, 1865 and exchanged.
