December, 1863, Absent on furlough. Roll for January and February, 1864, Present. Promoted to First Lieutenant, January 20, 1864. Roll for April 30 to August 31, 1864, Promoted to Captain, June 4, 1864, Vice Captain McCullough, killed June 4, 1864.
