Funeral services for Mr. Robert Shane Hodges, age 41, will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, September 7, 2019, at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel, Springhill, LA, with Bro. Larry Earhart officiating. Interment will follow in Mount Tabor Cemetery, Farmerville, LA under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill, LA.
Visitation will be held Saturday, September 7, 2019, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Bailey Funeral Home.
Mr. Hodges was born on August 10, 1978 to Joe Bruce and Deborah Lynn Echols Hodges in Bossier City, LA and passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 in Taylor, AR. He worked for Weyerhouser in Emerson and he enjoyed hunting and spending time with his daughter Ruby and his family.
He is survived by his daughters, Ruby Inez Hodges, Paige Beshea; mother, Deborah Lynn Hodges of Sarepta, LA; brother, Jason Hodges; sister, Nickey Orr and husband Patrick; two nephews, Jordan Orr, and Eli Hodges; and two nieces, Marley Orr, and Zoey Hodges.
Mr. Hodges was preceded in death by his father.
Pallbearers will be James Echols, Bonnie Echols, Steven Echols, Halley Echols, Terry Cummings, and Jason McEachern.
