Appointed Adjutant of Regiment May 14. Rolls from July - December 1861, Present. Roll for May & June, 1862, Relieved from duty, not being reelected at reorganization of Company May 8. (Roll No 1) Roll for May & June, 1862, Present under arrest since June 22, 1862. Appointed May 15, 1862, to 1st Lieutenant, subject to the approval of the President of the C S A (Roll No 2) Roll for July & August 1862, Present. Rolls from September - December 1862, Absent.
