Wife of Tom Henry Cox
Jessie Mae O'Bryant Cox, age 61, a resident of the Thomas community, died at 8:02 a.m. yesterday in St. Tammany Parish Hospital, Covington.
She is survived by her husband, Tom H. Cox of Thomas; a son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Lynette Cox of Thomas; a daughter, Debra D. Cox of Thomas; five grandchildren, T.J., Shane, Morgan and Samantha Cox and Brandy Stogner; her father, Arlie O'Bryant of Thomas; a brother and sister-in-law, A.J. and Gloria O'Bryant of Thomas; two sisters, Barbara Toney of Tylertown and Lillie Mae O'Bryant of Thomas, numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son, Dana Earl Cox and her mother, Elsie O'Bryant.
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home today from 4 to 10:30 p.m., continuing at 9 a.m. tomorrow until time for the funeral service at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Jerry Cox and Eld. Edison Barber will officiate, with burial following in the Thomas Cemetery.
