Era Leader 11-15-1917
Hardy John Pool, of Bogalusa, brother of our townsman, Abner Pool, died on
11-7-1917 at the home of his married daughter in the city of El Reno, Ok.
He leaves a wife and several children, besides several step-children, Hon. B.D. Talley and Mrs. A.N. Dobbs being two of the number. The remains were brought back to Bogalusa where interment was made in the Pounds cemetery on Sunday afternoon.
