TALLULAH, La July 25, 1934 -Special.--Funeral services for Mrs. Lelia Downs Coltharp, widow of the late Albert S. Coltharp, a merchant of Tallulah, who died at her home at Gulfport Saturday were held here Monday with interment in Silver Cross cemetery. Rev C. Karlos Smith, pastor of the Methodist church officiated.

Mrs. Coltharp was 77 years of age having been born in south Louisiana December 28, 1857. She was the daughter of the late Judge Richard E. and Lavinia Hamilton Downs of Richmond, this parish. The greater part of her life was spent at Millikin's Bend and Tallulah.

Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Will F Coltharp of Concord, New Hampshire, a niece, Mrs. Lelia Schneideau of New Orleans and nephew, Paul Flemming of Gulfport.

Pallbearers were J. N Schregleman, A J. Sevier, D. H. Allen. W. H. Ward, A. E. Adams and W. D. Ziegler.
