Wife of Elzy Lee Miller
Ruth Elois Simmons Miller was born in Bogalusa, La. She went home to be with the Lord. She was preceded by her husband Elzy Lee Miller Sr.; parents Willie Leon and Mary Eliza Simmons; siblings, Bonnie Lou Simmons, Betty Joyce Simmons, Christine Sellier, Willie Leon Simmons Jr. and Richard Benjamin (R.B.) Simmons; and Son-in-laws Howard (PeeWee) Mahon and Leonard O'Briant. She and her family moved to Houston, Texas in 1972 and was a long time member of Munn Street Baptist Church. She loved her Lord and loved her family. She was a faithful wife, mother, MawMaw and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
