Mr Crigger was a former border patrol agent and a veteran of the US Air Force. He was a student of art at University of Louisiana Monroe.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frank B Crigger. He was survived by his wife, Angela Crigger, of Monroe; 2 daughters, Cynthia Crigger of Lewisburg, West Virginia and Dawn Crochet of Minden; his mother, Ethel B Crigger of Monroe; and his brother, Gary Crigger of Nashville, Tennessee.
