Funeral services were held May 26, at 2 p.m. in the Sandy Hook Baptist Church for Ms. Octavia P. Kessler, 85, of Columbia, who died May 24, at The Myrtles Healthcare Facility. Interment was in the Angie Cemetery in Angie, Louisiana. Pastors Ricky Daughtery and David Chandler officiated at the services. Visitation was held May 26, from 9 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Hathorn Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
