Wife of Wendell Woodrow Wilson
Mrs. Macy Iona Wilson, age 85, a resident of Bogalusa, died yesterday in Bogalusa Community Medical Center.
Visitation will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home today from 4:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. Visitation will continue tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. until the funeral service which will start at 11 a.m. at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sollie Smith and Rev. Daniel Hall officiating. Interment will be in Ponemah Cemetery.
Preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Wilson. She is survived by one daughter, Donna Bookman of Baton Rouge; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Wendell Wilson, Jimmy and Rita Wilson all from Bogalusa; one sister, Mildred Seal of Poplarville; two brothers, William Breland of Baton Rouge and Frank Breland of Slidell; five grandchildren, Keith Wilson, Lori Wilson, Jay Bookman, Wendy Bookman, and Buffy Mitchell; four great grandchildren, Savannah Wilson, Peyton Wilson, Brady Mitchell and Brooke Mitchell.
