On Hospital Register, Admitted to 1st Mississippi C S . Hospital, Jackson, Mississippi, March 17, 1862. Rolls May, 1862, to February, 1863, Present. Roll July and August, 1863, Absent, on furlough, in Georgia, for 30 days, since August 8, 1861, order General Johnston. Roll September and October, 1863, Present. Roll January 1 to April 30, 1864, Dropped, in Georgia without leave, since September 17,1863, which time he has joined another command
