Services for Helen Lee, 70, will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday, February, 26, 2015 at Rose-Neath's Bossier Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. H. L. Kendrick. Interment will be at Hill Crest Cemetery, Haughton, LA. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 25, 2015 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Bossier City, LA.Helen was born March 28, 1944 in Monroe, LA to Colonel Caskey and Maude Driggers Caskey and died February 22, 2015 in Bossier City, LA. Helen believed in her Lord. She loved her family, and enjoyed her many grandchildren. She loved all sports and was a big Cowboy's fan as well as the Atlanta Braves. As her own children were growing up she was the team mom, attending all the softball games they played with pride. She was a homemaker that took care of her husband, family and anyone that needed her. She will be truly missed by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Forest Canter; her parents; one sister; and four brothers. Helen is survived by her husband of 37 years, James E. Lee of Bossier City, LA; sons, Curtis Canter and wife, Mickie of Bossier City, LA, James E. Lee, Jr. and wife, Connie of Ft. Smith, AR, Leon Butler and wife, Becky of Waldo, AR, William Doyle Lee and Ann of Emerson, AR, Robert Lee of Bossier City, LA, and Robert Laffitte of Bossier City, LA; daughter, Rachel Lester and husband, Paul of St. Augustine, TX; brothers, Ray Caskey of Haughton, LA, Hoyit Caskey of Bossier City, LA; many grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and dear friend, Mary Carson.Honoring Helen as pallbearers will be Kyle Gifford, Terry Gibson, Robert Stephens, John Fussell, Mike Minogue and Autry Brown, Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Reggie Coburn and Ben Laffitte
