Rev. D. W. Nix Dies In Bogalusa
Local friends regret to learn of the death of the Rev. D. W. Nix of Bogalusa, formerly of Marion county, Sunday at 5:30 p. m in Bogalusa General Hospital after a long illness.
The Rev. Mr. Nix,71 was a retired Baptist minister and formerly resided in Monroe, La.
A number of years ago he served several Baptist churches in this county as Pastor.
His wife the former Jessie Leigh Wilkes and he was a son-in-law of Mrs. Ava Wilkes.
