Lucy Manning, age 98, a resident of Bogalusa, LA, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at the LSU Medical Center in Bogalusa, LA. She was born on April 26, 1913. She was a member of Nondenominational Christian Church in Bogalusa, LA.
She is survived by her children, Glenn "Buddy" (Joyce) Miley, Ruby M. Breland, Clarice (Sherwood) Jones, Rose Saucier, Hollis (Shirley) Miley, Delores (Gerald) Perry, and Sharon (Leon) Jenkins; 34 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren, 28 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and her loved pet "Chico".

She is preceded in death by her husbands, Fred C. Miley, Cauley Galloway, Everette Manning; a son, Richard Miley; her daughters, Lois Fussell and Margie Yates.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 27, 2011 at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home from 11:30 a.m. until the Funeral Services at 1:00 P.M. at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Liz Stokes officiating and the Eulogy will be given by Garon DarDar. Interment will follow at Ponemah Cemetery.

Acive Pallbearers will be, Chad N. Jenkins, Ben L. Jenkins, Richy Perry, Mike Fussell, Don Jones and Buren Sheridan.
