Mildred Daniel Jacob, a resident of Bogalusa, LA, age 86, born on March 5, 1925 in Franklinton, LA, passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington, LA.
She is survived by one daughter, Nannette Alford of Bogalusa, LA; two sons, Leo V. Jacob and Timothy D. Jacob both of Covington, LA; one sister, Margie Oilschlager of Port Edwards, Wisconsin; seven grandchildren, Stacey, Pamela, Erica, Josh, Jordan, Jessica and Timmy; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Leo V. Jacob, Jr.; and by her parents, Willie Daniel and Clara Bateman Daniel.
Visitation will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home on Friday, December 23, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Bob Adams to officiate and Interment to follow at Ponemah Cemetery.
