Mildred Daniel Jacob, a resident of Bogalusa, Louisiana ,age 86, born March 5, 1925 in Franklinton,Louisiana, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at St Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington, Louisiana .
She is survived by daughter, Nannette Alford of Bogalusa, Louisiana; sons Leo V Jacob and Timothy D Jacob both of Covington, Louisiana; sister Margie Oilschlager of Port Edwards, Wisconsin; grand -children Stacey, Pamela, Erica, Josh, Jordan, Jessica and Timmy; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband Leo V Jacob, Jr; and parents Willie Daniel and Clara Bateman Daniel.
