Born July 31, 1914, Hayward Dupont, age 93, a resident of Bogalusa, LA, passed away on November 30, 2007 at the Landmark Nursing Home in Baton Rouge, LA.
He Retired from the Bogalusa Box Plant.
Survived by: His Wife, Mattie Pounds Dupont of Baton Rouge, LA;
3 Daughters, Elaine Hatcher of Dellwood, FL, Marguerite (Wade) Adams of Baton Rouge, LA, and Linda (Owen) Boothe of Baton Rouge, LA;
1 Son, Johnny (Joannie) Dupont of Santa Claus, Indiana;
1 Sister, Alice (Andy) Deleon of Bogalusa, LA;
2 Step-daughters, Judy James of Houston, TX and Virginia Holloway of Baton Rouge, LA
8 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren and numerous step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren
Preceded in Death by: His First Wife, Victa Dupont.
Visitation: Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home.
Funeral Services: Monday December 3, 2007 Poole-Ritchie Chapel. Rev. Marcus Rosa officiating.
Interment will be held in Ponemah Cemetery.
