FRANKLINTON - Funeral arrangements have been completed for Ouida Lambert Welch, age 89, a resident of Franklinton who died at 9 a.m. Tuesday in Good Samaritan Nursing Home.
She was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church
and the widow of Nolan Welch.
She is survived by a son, Paul Nolan Welch of Atlanta GA; a daughter, Ouida Gramlich of Largo FL; a sister, Thelma Blanchard of Spring TX; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. tomorrow, continuing at 9 a.m. Saturday util time for the funeral service at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Lyndle Bullard will officiate, with burial following in the Morris Cemetery.
