SLIDELL Mary Gould Trascher Sibley, 86, a resident of Bogalusa, died yesterday in Slidell Memorial Hospital in Slidell. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Bogalusa.
Survivors include two daughters, Mary Louise Williamson of Tuscaloosa, AL and Sandra Melancon of Lafayette; two sons, Frank Ray Sibley Jr. and Steven Leslie Sibley, both of Slidell; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Frank Ray Sibley; and her parents, Steve Trascher and Debra peters Trascher.
Visitation will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home today from 7-9 p.m. and will continue tomorrow from 9 a.m. until time of the funeral service, to be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 1 p.m. The Rev. Randy Boyett will officiate at the service.
Interment will follow in the McGehee Cemetery.
