Husband of Allie P Lawler
Grover Cleveland Lawler, age 63, died this morning at 2:45 a. m. at the Desporte Clinic, where he had been a patient for the past three days. Mr. Lawler is survived by his widow, Mrs. Allie Porter Lawler, at the family residence, 913 Avenue H: two daughters, Mrs. W. H. MeGehee and Mrs. J. E. Goff. The body will lie at rest in the chapel of the Poole Mortuary until the time of the funeral tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. Lochte Tynes will officiate at services to be held in the chapel. Burial will take place in the MeGehee Cemetery.
Mr. Lawler had resided in Bogalusa for 27 years, and was known by many in Bogalusa, and the surrounding communities.
