Delos C. Wood, deputy sheriff, died Saturday of an attack (edited), who died later in jail.
(Edited). Interment was in the Magee cemetery west of Franklinton. Survivors are his wife, 5 daughters, and 2
sons, Mrs. H.P. Magee, Mrs. Frank L. Richardson, A.P. Wood of Franklinton, Mrs. E.E. Drake and Joe Wood of Clifton, N.J., Mrs. C.D. Tisdale of Bogalusa and Miss Emma Wood of Haynesville, La., 1 sister, Mrs. Dean Pierce, and 2 brothers, A.D. and W.J. Wood of Franklinton.
