James A Foy Funeral Slated At Home Today
Final rites were set for 1 pm Monday at the family residence for James Andrew Foy, 60 year old Mer Rouge resident and father of a West Monroe woman.
Interment was scheduled in the Mer Rouge Cemetery by Mulhearn of Rayville.
Mr. Foy died at his home Sunday after a lengthy illness. His local survivor is Mrs. Dorothy Dearing.
Other survivors are his widow, Mrs. Claudie Foy; a son, James Foy, Jr., Basttop; two other dauthers, Mrs. R. T. Massey and Mrs. Claudia McLemore, both of Bastrop; four brothers, Riley, New Orleans; Sam, Gilbert; John, Natchez, Miss, and Bob Foy, Vido, Texas, and three sisters, Mrs. Lena Robinson, Colfax; Mrs. Lela Cowart, Sicily Island, and Mrs. Lily Cowart, Kerman, California.
