Wife of Durward Leon Perry
FRANKLINTON - Mary Smith Perry Ratcliff, 84, a resident of Franklinton, died yesterday in St. Tammany Hospital in Covington. She was a reitred lunchroom worker from Enon School and a member of Enon Baptist Church.
She is survived by four sons and daughters-in-law, Gerald and Delores Perry of Zachary, William and Dorothy Perry of Theodore, AL, Dewitt and Sharon Perry, Leon and Fran Perry, all of Franklinton; three brothers, Hubert Smith of Livingston, C. C. Smith of Watson, and Charles Smith of Eight Mile, AL; a sister, Gladys Valliant of Mt. Hermon; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, Durward Perry and Zeke Ratcliff.
Visitation will be tomorrow at Crain Funeral home from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m and will continue tomorrow after 9 a.m. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Greg Carrol and the Rev. Pete Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the Enon Cemetery. Crain Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
