Mrs. Candace Brumfield, wife of W. Monroe Simmons, died Saturday at the age of 78 years. She is the mother of 9 children.
Besides her husband, she is survived by 1 daughter, Mrs. D.E. Branch, 5 sons, W.F., W. Monroe Jr., T.W., B.P., and Jesse W. Simmons. Interment was in the Ellis cemetery.
