Quintus Solomon Heidelberg Sr. died on Thursday, February 18, 1993, at 8 p.m. at Seventh Ward Hospital in Hammond.
He was 101 years of age, a native of Heidelberg, MS, and a resident of Franklinton for the past 53 years.
Funeral Services were held on Saturday afternoon in the parlor of Schoen Funeral Home in Covington, with interment in the Ellis Cemetery in Franklinton.
He was the husband of the late Nelle Dies Heidelberg, the father of Frances H. Doane of Franklinton, Quintus S. Heidelberg Jr. of Panama City, FL, Margaret H. Landry of Mandeville and the late Nell H. Hebert.
Survivors include eight grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
