YVONNE C. BOTT, AGE 74
And a resident of Franklinton died at 8:00 am Wednesday January 2, 2013 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home. She was a member of Faith Tabernacle Apostolic Church and loved gardening. She would often spend her time gardening and caring for flowers. She enjoyed working with floral arrangements and worked most recently at Bennie's Garden Center. She was always a loving, and caring wife, mother and grandmother.

Daughter and Son in law: Janet Welsh Burton and Richard Ward Burton of Covington
4 Sons and Spouses: Ronald Frank Welsh, Reggie and Amy Welsh, Mark Dwayne Bott and Pamela Kaye Bott all of Franklinton, Ray Bott, II and Wendy Bott of Covington
4 Grandchildren and Spouse: Nikki Alena Welsh, Callie Celeste Welsh, Gregory Davis Burton, Valerie and David Leblanc
3 Great-grandchildren: D.J. Leblanc, Emilee Leblanc, Kaylee Leblanc
Brother and Sister in law: Rev. Jerry W. Cox and Brenda Cox of Franklinton
Sister: Shirley Cox Lott of Franklinton
A very special friend: Florene Sorrell of Franklinton
Also numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ray Bott, a son Greg F. Welsh, and her parents Rev. E.L. Cox and Earline Johnson Chelette.
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Friday January 4th from 9 am until 2 pm. A funeral service will be held at 2 pm Friday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Willie Holland and Rev. Jerry W. Cox officiating.
Burial will follow in Ellis Cemetery.
