Youngest son of Fleet Willoughby and Bessie Foil Willoughby. Veteran of World War II. Served for two and a half years in the Army Transport Services hauling munitions, fuel and war supplies to personnel in the Pacific Theater of Operations. Preceded in death by his first wife, Imagene Crow; his sister, Mavis Belvechia; his brother, Donald Willoughby; and acquired daughter, Sizette Boudreaux Crosse; and a grandson, Darren Boudreaux.
