Roll to October 31, 1861, Absent on furlough for 30 days on account of sickness. Furloughed October 21, 1861,at Columbus, Kentucky. Roll November and December, 1862, Absent, sent to Hospital, sick, December 14. Roll March and April, 1863, Resigned at Port Hudson, Louisiana, April, 1863.
Born in Sumpter District, South Carolina. Died in Shreveport, Louisiana
