Joycelyn Latour Broggi passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2016, at the age of 79, surrounded by her family. She was married to the love of her life John Broggi for the last 58 years. She was the loving mother of Joy Ann Broggi, Jeannine Broggi Armstrong (Kenny) and Julie Broggi Boyd (Dean). She was the grandmother of Kenny Armstrong, Jr. (Lisa), Katie Faciane (Aaron), Renee Armstrong, Adam Boyd and Emma Boyd. She was the great grandmother of Makenzie and Max Armstrong and Lily and Rex Faciane. Sister of Emile Latour. Preceded in death by her daughter, Jennifer Kay Broggi; her parents, Louise and Paul Latour; and a sister, Priscilla Latour. She will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and her two oldest high school friends, Jackie Firmin and Muriel Kazik. A special thank you to the doctors, nurses, P.A.'s and N.P.'s at Ochsner Main Campus Neuro-ICU for the great care that was given to Joycelyn.
