Husband of Lou Ella Thigpen Robins
Newell F Robins, 78, a longtime resident of the Oak Grove community died at 4 am Tuesday, December 15th at the Riverside Medical Center.
He was a retired employee of Crown-Zellerbach and a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church.
He is survived by three sons, Everett Robins and Danny Robins both of Franklinton, and Ronald Robins of Lawrenceburg, TN; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Louella Thigpen Robins.
Visitation was at the Crain Funeral Home from 5 pm until 10 pm Tuesday and after 9 am Wednesday, Dec. 16th, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Gary Schneider and Rev. Pete Williams officiating.
Interment was in the Springhill-Magee Cemetery.
