February 16, 1931 - November 28, 2005
Dorothy Barber Landry, age 74, a resident of Franklinton, died at 9:40 p.m. Monday, Nov. 28 in Riverside Medical Center. She was a member of Springhill Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, John Landry of Franklinton and Willie Landry of Hartford, Conn.; one daughter, Doretha Hendrick of Albany, La.; one brother, Leon Barber of Franklinton; one sister, Betty Boutwell of Jackson, La; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation was held yesterday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Crain Funeral Home and continued today at 8 a.m. until time for the funeral service at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel,
The Rev. Thomas L. Graves and the Rev. Patrick Miller officiated, with interment following in the Springhill-Magee Cemetery.
