January 6, 1936 - February 23, 2017
Ronnie D. Coil, 81 of Vivian, LA passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2017. Memorial services will be held at 3 pm on Sunday, February 26, 2017 at Gorsulowsky Funeral Home in Vivian officiated by Rev. Eddie Briery. There will be a time of visitation from 1:30 until time of service at the funeral home.
Ronnie was born January 6, 1936 in Vivian, LA where he lived most of his life. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Vivian. He loved to go camping, fishing, and he boating. Ronnie enjoyed spending time with his family, especially at the family fish camp. Ronnie loved baseball and he pitched at Louisiana Tech. Ronnie had a great sense of humor and loved to joke around. He will be missed by all who loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents Dale and Bessie Coil. Ronnie is survived by his wife Rosemary Coil of Vivian, LA, his sons; Randal Coil of Cypress, TX, and Ron Coil and wife Mary of Hosston, LA, his sister Sandra Elliott of Shreveport, LA, and his grandchildren; Ashley Coil and Manny Coil.
