Also Appears on Rolls of Company K 15th Louisiana Infantry, "Captain."Regemental. Return for July, 1862, "Enlisted Camp Near Richmond. Promoted 1st Lieutenant by Resignation of 1st
Lieutenant." Roll to October 31st, 1862, "Present. Elected 3rd Lieutenant from Ordnance Sergeant June 1st, 1862.Promoted to 2nd Lieutenant June 10, Promoted to 1st Lieutenant June 20; to Captain, June 24, 1862." Roll for November and December, 1862, states "Present." Roll for January and February, 1863, "Absent on Duty." Roll for March and April, 1863, "Present."
