Raymond G. "Kayo" Tidwell, 66, of West Monroe, passed away August 13, 2014, in Monroe, LA. He was a 32nd degree Mason, a Shriner, a member of the Barack Shrine Temple and veteran of the United States Marine Corp. Kayo was a member of the Masonic Lodge 419 and a lifetime member of the Michael Dempsey Lodge in Jena, LA. He was also a lifetime member and the past Master of the Carrietta Lodge in Trout, LA.
Survivors include his wife, Paula Tidwell; brothers, Ronnie Tidwell and wife, Sharon, and Eddie Tidwell and wife, Diane; sister, P.K. Johnson; Jason "Jay Deselle, who was like a son to Kayo; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Friday, August 15, 2014, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
