Funeral services for James Richard "Richard" Turnbow, age 49, of Oak Grove, Louisiana will be 3:00PM, Thursday, September 10, 2015, at Cox Funeral Home with Rev. Raymond Agent officiating. Interment will be in the Oak Grove City Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Thursday from 8AM until service time at Cox Funeral Home.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James Edgar Turnbow and Bessie Mamie Ledbetter Bonner; brother, Donnie Turnbow; half sisters, Connie Carr and Linda Smith.
Richard is survived by his fiancée, Patsy Taylor of Oak Grove, Louisiana; son, Bolen Turnbow of Bastrop, Louisiana; step daughter, Amanda Taylor of Oak grove, Louisiana; father and mother-in-law, Edward and Wanda Taylor of Oak Grove, Louisiana; brother-in-law, Johnny Taylor and his wife Vickey of Oak Grove, Louisiana; brother-in-law, Jason Taylor and his wife Michelle of Forest, Louisiana; two nephews, Robert Leblanc and Jacob Gant of Forest, Louisiana; neice, Alayna Taylor of Forest, Louisiana; ex-wife, Beverly Butler of Bastrop, Louisiana; two brothers, Jimmy Turnbow of Lake Providence, Louisiana and Lenoard Turnbow of Elk City, Oklahoma; four step sisters, Sue Turnbow of Oak Grove, Louisiana, Patricia Lancaster of Delhi, Louisiana, Jean Johnson of Florida, Kathy Degraw of Monticello, Louisiana.
Pallbearers will be Ricky James, Gary Jones, Johnny Taylor, Jason Taylor, Robert Leblanc, Regen jones.
Honorary pallbearers will be Johnny Beanie Moss, Dustin Sanders, Mike Cupit, Joey Jones, Kyle Jones, Tyler Boyte, Robert Leblanc.
