Funeral services for Earl Taylor Bagwell will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 19, 2018 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe. Rev Jerry Salisbury will officiate. Interment will follow at Sardis Cemetery in Farmerville.
Earl was born September 11, 1931 in Farmerville, Louisiana and passed away on July 17, 2018. He was a newspaper pressman for The News-Star-World. Earl was preceded in death by his children, Patsy and Ronnie Bagwell; parents, Hubert and Willie Gladys Bush Bagwell. Earl is survived by his wife of 41 years, Ruby Laffoon Bagwell; three children Debbie Bagwell, Cindy Bagwell and Kim Neeley; three grandchildren Jason Bagwell and wife Stacey, Bella Hodges, Mary Ann Froust; three great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; two brothers Danny Bagwell and wife Patty, Bobby Bagwell; sister Frances Ronquille and husband Marcell.
Pallbearers will be Mike Howard, Rick Crockett, Joe Hodges, James Wilson, Jamie Nivens and Paul Sims.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM ~ 7:00 PM, Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe.
