Elton and Patsy Bateman of Anniston, AL; five grandchildren, Stacy Bateman Wilcox, Dr. Bob Bateman, Juhn Marie Bateman Green, Rodney Bateman and Dr. Blane Bateman; six great-grandchildren, Sam Bateman, Robert Bateman, Richard Carey Green, Ann Marei Green, Richard Edward Bateman and Betsy Bateman; and a brother, Maynard Sylvest of Montgomery, AL.
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home after noon tomorrow until the service at 3 p.m. Dr. Jerry Barlow and the Rev. Karl Tingle will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Ellis Cemetery.
