December 31, 1862, to April 30, 1863, "Absent Without Leave." Roll for May and June, 1863, "Present." Roll for July and August, 1863, "Deserted July 27, from Camp near Forest." Roll for September and October, 1863, "Present. Joined from Desertion October 22, 1863." Rolls from November, 1863, to August 31, 1864, "Present." Roll for August 31, 1864, to February 28th, 1865, "Absent. Captured near Franklin, Tennessee, December 18, 1864." Federal Rolls of Prisoners of War Captured near Nashville, Tennessee, December 16, 1864. Received at Military Prison, Louisville, Kentucky, January 2, 1865. Sent to Camp Chase, Ohio, January 6, 1865. Paroled Camp
Chase. Ohio, and Transferred. to Point Lookout, Maryland, February 17, 1865, for Exchange.
