Funeral services for James S. McCabe, 55, who died yesterday in Minden Sanitarium following a lengthy illness, were to be held at 3 p.m. today in the chapel of Green-Kleinegger Funeral Home with the Rev. T. W. Leachman and the Rev. C. H. Land officiating. Burial was to be in Gardens of Memory. Mr. McCabe, who was a printer at Webster Printing Co. for many years, is survived by his wife; one son, James Allen McCabe; one daughter, Mrs. Harry Smith; all of Minden. Also one brother, Ora Whittington, Summerfield; one sister, Mrs. J. H. Kyzer, Bossier City and four grandchildren. (The Minden Herald - June 2, 1960)
