June 15, 1934 - August 28, 2016
Mrs. Betty Benson was born June 15, 1934 in Wheaton, MO and passed away after a brief illness on August 28, 2016 in West Monroe, LA. Mrs. Betty’s love was her family. She enjoyed holidays, cooking and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great granddaughter. She is preceded in death by her husband, William M. Benson; parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. O. Roller .
Mrs. Benson is survived by her sons; Mark Benson and wife Anne, Max Benson and wife Stephanie, David Benson and wife Lana and Drew Benson; grandchildren, Leslie Riley, Will Benson, Beth Robinson, Abby Hunter, Jana Benson, Luke Benson and Beau Benson; one great-granddaughter, Ella Jay Robinson; sister, Peggy Taylor.
Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe. A private committal for family will follow.
